The Home Table is more than just a simple meal; it is an exclusive fine dining experience delivered straight to your door in the Coeur d’Alene area. Featuring a premier menu that changes weekly, each dish is crafted with a commitment to simple, honest cooking and a passion for French culinary excellence.

The Home Table’s story began in 2020, before the pandemic, when David Sharon, then Chef de Cuisine at The Candle in the Woods, started hosting intimate dinners in his home. What began as a creative way to raise money for his family’s trip to New York City quickly evolved into something much greater—a deeply personal dining experience.

After perfecting his skills for years at one of North Idaho’s most celebrated fine dining establishments, David decided in 2024 to leave the restaurant to pursue an idea that brings fine dining beyond the traditional restaurant setting. Thus, The Home Table was born, combining David’s love for innovative cuisine with the comfort and convenience of dining at home.
